Individual Consultations

During our one-on-one consultations, you will receive personalised information and useful resources to help you reach your health and well-being goals. Our dietitians will also conduct a thorough diet and lifestyle analysis to ensure we give you the most appropriate and suitable advice. Depending on your needs you may also receive personalised eating plans, healthy eating and cooking strategies, educational resources, or advice on restaurant choices and grocery shopping. The initial consultation may take anywhere between 40-60 minutes depending on your condition and needs, whereas review consultations are between 30-45 minutes. Please feel free to bring along anything you wish to discuss or think may help such as medications, blood test results, supplements, food packages, or food/exercise diaries.
Fees:
Initial 1 hr consultation: $115.00
Follow-up 30-45 min consultation: $85.00
Extended sessions are also available and prices vary, depending on the length of the consultation
Chronic Disease Management plans (CDM): You may be eligible for bulk billing. Please see FAQs for more details.
DVA Gold Cards: You will be bulk billed for each appointment. Please see FAQs for more details.
TELEHEALTH CONSULTATIONS ALSO AVAILABLE *Please note these currently qualify for medicare rebates under a care plan
Please Note: While meal templates and personalised recommendations are provided as part of your session, detailed meal plans are not generally offered. If a personalised meal plan is essential to your care, it will be provided at an additional cost to consultation fees.

Family Consultations
If two family members have similar goals and eating habits, and would like to see a Dietitian together for a bit of moral support, we can arrange family consultations. Similar to an individual session, initial visits will typically last between one to one and a half hours and follow-up visits may last anywhere between 40-60 minutes.
Fees:
Initial consultation: $175.00
Follow up consultation: $115.00

Supermarket Tours
Supermarket tours run for approximately 45 minutes. This tour will help you read food labels and know where to look to buy healthier food choices.
